Mr. Albright has over 17 years of experience in construction and has managed projects under all alternate project delivery methods in addition to standard bid-build work. He focuses on the transportation portion of KE&G’s business and his previous experience includes involvement in one of the largest freeway design-build contracts in history.
Ed Anderson

Vice President

With over 21 years of experience, Mr. Anderson is proficient in alternative delivery methods for construction. In 2014, he has advanced his status and assumed the role of Vice President for KE&G. Ed’s ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts with owners and subcontractors is invaluable when ensuring that quality work is completed on time and under budget.

Larry Saunders

Senior Project Manager & Estimator

Mr. Saunders has over 45 years of experience in construction and has been employed at KE&G for almost 40 years. He has over 20 years in field supervision and has served the last 25 years as estimator and project manager. In his Project Management role, Mr. Saunders has been involved in the construction of many utility and roadway projects all over southern Arizona.

Brian Janski

Project Manager & Estimator

Mr. Janski, a graduate of North Dakota State University, has over 8 years of experience in construction management and engineering. In 2009, Mr. Janski assumed the role of Project Manager on the contract with Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department. He specializes in the maintenance, repair, rehabilitation and construction of wastewater conveyance systems.

Adam Sedgeman

Project Manager & Estimator

Mr. Sedgeman obtained his P.E. Registration in 2015 after successfully earning his Master’s degree in 2013 from the University of Arizona. He has over 13 years of experience in the construction industry with 7 years directly related to the field of construction management and engineering. Mr. Sedgeman is a Project Manager that specializes in heavy civil roadway and bridge construction for KE&G.

Mark Campbell

Project Manager & Estimator

Mr. Campbell has over 30 years of experience in heavy construction. Over the last 16 years, he has been involved in management and estimating for commercial, residential and government projects throughout the Tucson area. His understanding of the private and public sector is evident when it comes to recognizing the opportunities for value engineering and creating cost effective solutions to many unforeseen matters.

Sergio Gallego

Project Manager & Estimator

Mr. Gallego has over 32 years of construction experience. He joined KE&G in 1997 as a Concrete Superintendent constructing the I-19 Interchange project in Tucson, Arizona. His versatile experience with concrete paving, drainage, flatwork and structural concrete is displayed in numerous public and private development projects. In 2016, Mr. Gallego took the role of Project Manager based in Sierra Vista where he oversees projects throughout southern Arizona.

Jim Olson

Project Manager & Estimator

As an Army Veteran with over 25 years in the construction industry, Mr. Olson has proven himself invaluable to the KE&G team. Mr. Olson began his construction career in 1991 as a Field Foreman, advancing his career to Project Manager in various construction fields. His experience includes managing multi-million dollar projects for private developers, as well as the public/government sectors.

Matt Nehrmeyer

Project Manager & Estimator

 

 Mr. Nehrmeyer has been in the construction industry since 1998. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. He has worked on projects ranging from installing wastewater treatment plants and pump stations, to constructing major interstate bridges and overpasses. Mr. Nehrmeyer works closely with upper management, owners and clients to ensure each project is successfully completed on time. He has the ability to motivate employees to enhance productivity, communicate with the project team to resolve conflicts, and analyze information to maintain any budget.

Rob Zedaker

General Superintendent

Mr. Zedaker has over 25 years of experience in all phases of construction and maintenance with experience in heavy industrial and commercial projects. He has extensive field experience, with particular expertise overseeing wastewater, flood control, pipe and treatment plant projects.

Brett Watson

General Superintendent

Mr. Watson has over 30 years of experience in the civil construction industry, with the last 8 of those years as a General Superintendent for KE&G. Mr. Watson currently oversees approximately 70 KE&G employees in Sierra Vista, including 10 superintendents & foremen.

Vince Rosales

Safety Officer

Mr. Rosales acquired invaluable experience in all aspects of force protection, safety, and human resources during his 20-year career with the US Marine Corps. During his many years of experience, Mr. Rosales has obtained and completed over 50 job related training and certifications.
