Mr. Albright has over 22 years of experience in construction and has managed projects under all alternate project delivery methods in addition to standard bid-build work. He focuses on the transportation portion of KE&G’s business and his previous experience includes involvement in one of the largest freeway design-build contracts in history.
Ed Anderson

With over 32 years of experience, Mr. Anderson is proficient in alternative delivery methods for construction. In 2014, he has advanced his status and assumed the role of Vice President for KE&G. Ed’s ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts with owners and subcontractors is invaluable when ensuring that quality work is completed on time and under budget.

Larry Saunders

Senior Project Manager & Estimator

Mr. Saunders has over 45 years of experience in construction and has been employed at KE&G for almost 40 years. He has over 20 years in field supervision and has served the last 25 years as estimator and project manager. In his Project Management role, Mr. Saunders has been involved in the construction of many utility and roadway projects all over southern Arizona.

John Warner

Utility Division Manager

Mr. Warner possesses 42 years of Water and Wastewater public utility operation, maintenance and management experience. He has been instrumental in developing and implementing successful programs for the conveyance system and related facilities operation and maintenance. He was the manager of the only public wastewater collection system in America to achieve simultaneous triple ISO Certification. Throughout his career he has participated at various levels of planning, design and construction activities and project delivery for the utility under his management and for other utilities as a subject matter expert.

Tom Guido, PE

Pre-Construction Services Manager

Mr. Guido is an accomplished registered Civil Engineer with over 30 years’ experience in the design and construction of land development projects. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona. He has integrated multiple engineering and business-related disciplines to achieve project success. His technical expertise in land development along with his positive rapport with developers, government officials, staff and other professionals has allowed for the timely approval and completion of construction documents and construction projects.
