KE&G Vision Statement

KE&G is a respected 100% employee owned company committed to delivering safe, high quality projects that exceed the expectations of our clients.

Our high standards for professionalism and safety have earned us industry recognition for being one of Arizona’s leading heavy/civil construction contractors.

“Promises Made, Commitments Kept”

KE&G is an employee owned company with over 45 years of experience constructing projects throughout southern Arizona. We know the land. We know the laws. We know what we’re doing. That’s what it takes to deliver top quality construction safely, on schedule and on budget. We perform most work with our own crews and equipment – that means we can get the job done more efficiently and with higher quality results than contractors who rely heavily on subcontractors. KE&G’s 175+ professionals bring experience and dedication to every project. With offices in Tucson and Sierra Vista, our construction expertise ranges from installation, repair, maintenance, and rehabilitation of wastewater conveyance systems, lift stations, pump stations, to intersection improvements, asphalt paving, concrete paving, bridges, drainage structures, infrastructure development, traffic signalization, roadway excavation, site concrete, structural concrete, drainage systems, water mains, landscaping, and more.

We are proud of our track record of completing high quality projects safely, on time and within budget utilizing all project delivery methods. Our success and history sets us apart from our competitors due to a company culture defined by “Promises Made – Commitments Kept”. KE&G is always prepared to perform and deliver each and every project safely, with high quality results, on schedule and within budget. Experienced in working with different types of contract structures, KE&G has extensive knowledge in Bid Build, Job Order Contracting, Construction Manager at Risk, and Design Build contracts. The cornerstone of our corporate philosophy is the belief that quality, safety and productivity are of equal importance. All three of these parameters need to be strictly enforced and evaluated for the specific needs of every project. No project can be considered successful without performance in all three areas. The detailed planning process we employ requires that all three of the focal points are addressed to ensure that project goals are met and expectations are exceeded. KE&G has established, documented, implemented, and maintained high quality management systems and we are continually improving them.
